Reading Material
The material covered in class will be mostly taken from the textbook. Any additional readings will be assigned in the class. Many of the handouts will be available on the web as pdf documents. You are responsible to print those handouts for yourself from the class web page at:

We will request a print quota of 100 pages for each registered student. Some of the handouts which will not be available on the web will be copied and distributed in class; extra copies will be available from us.
