Prospective authors are invited to submit original and high-quality papers for presentation at INCC 2008 and publication in its conference record. The technical program will cover all aspects of communications and networking. Paper with original research results are invited in related areas including but not limited to the following:

Attendees will have full access to all technical sessions. All accepted papers (after peer review by experts in the field) will be included in the INCC 2008 conference proceedings. The technical sessions will describe significant research as well as innovative development and applications. We solicit original papers describing state-of-the-art research and development in all areas of communications and networking. Manuscript Submission
Complete manuscripts presenting original research, not submitted elsewhere, up to a maximum of 6 standard letter-sized (8.5" x 11") pages, according to the IEEE standard single-space two-column format specifications, may be submitted electronically by clicking the “Submit Paper” link below.
